The career I'm interested in is in the field of Law Enforcement. To be more specific: a police officer.
The reason I thought of this career is it has been my dream since a little kid. I enjoy the thought of protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
On the job I see myself helping people whenever i can. Whatever department I end up working for I want to make that area a safer place than what it was before I arrived.

Don't Text and Drive PSA Poster
My topic was about the dangers of texting while driving
I learned that at any given daylight moment across America, approximately 660,000 drivers are using cell phones or manipulating electronic devices while driving, and that is a fact that has stayed true since 2010
The interesting facts I used from the website that can be found here details the facts and statistics about the dangers of texting while driving to encourage the reader to put their phone away while their driving their vehicle.
My rough sketches and ideas can be found below
My finished PSA informs and educates the viewer by making the dangers of texting and driving apparent to the audience and providing them a website where they can learn more about the risks.

Color Psychology
In the color psychology article the author states that the colors we see everyday can effect our emotions either in a positive or negative way. Color can influence a person's emotional or physical state. For example studies have shown that people who have looked at the color red tend to have an increase of their heart rate.

A judge urged a settlement, stating that AP would win the case. The parties have agreed to additional financial terms that will remain confidential.
Public Domain are those whose intellectual property rights have expired, have been forfeited, or are inapplicable.

Dream Destination get-away
The Bahamas is a dream destination for me because I think it would be a very relaxing place to go. The sights that the Bahamas have to offer would make very lasting memories. The Bahamas have a lot to offer, and I would love the opportunity to go.
